mast stepping ... just watch how this is done ... all manual as the electrics got blown when they were under 4 feet of water (that is about 16 feet above high high tide).
Lucky Sean has young Tim working the hand crank ... it takes a lot of cranks to put up a 60' mast.

Dock side at Liberty Landing Marina ... one of the least expensive marinas in New York .. only $4/foot ... but gotta love the granite tiled bathrooms and posh cruisers lounge. Quite a change from PCHM back home.
